We got some more snow during the night so I just came inside from clearing the footpath and get the car snow-free.
Walking up to the car, I thought Santa had been early and swapped the VW for an Audi Q8, judging by how high the car/bonnet was....

does this mean there will be a Elfstedentocht?
Although temps will be way up next week (up to 11C) and all of the snow will probably be gone before xmas, the weather guys and gals predicted this winter to be the coldest of the last hundred years, so it looks like there finally will be another elfstedentocht :cheerleader:
Well here upp north we got the snow a day later than you Dutch boys. No sign of bikers here, but my local mecanic suggested to put studs in my racing wets (rain tires) so I could keep on rideing
Our forcast is the snow will stay, down to -20 degres the next days and then a lot of snow during christmas holidays.... And we alredy have the highest amount of snow ever mesured during December in the capital, Helsinki, 71cm of snow. Its only 120km from my home....
