5th gen with and undertail ducati 999 exhaust?

Im gonna 'borrow' a 2005 Ducati 999 exhaust system to see how close it is to matching up. The up pipe and muffler. Guess I'll see tomorrow how much work it might be...just curious if anyone has tried it. I figure anything is possible. Might just be able to use the muffler and have an exhaust shop bend me a pipe to fit.

I love the look of an underseat exhaust so please post some pics!

I havent heard of that exact combo, but with enough skill or money anything is possible. I know 916 pipes have been used, and all gens have had an undertail exhaust installed. It's do able.

well...more modification would be required than I want to deal with...do you know where you saw the 916 exhaust used? The 999 exhaust is freakin heavy! haha

I think Baileyrock had some aftermarket 916 cans. IIRC.

Easier on a 6th gen though. It already has an undertail exhaust.
