This lawsuit business has gotten out of control. Stories like this piss me off. Being a mountain biker and also spending countless hours on a trainer I have experienced numb junk. If his shit went numb in the 4 hour ride he should have stopped and took breaks or changed his riding position on the bike. If his shit did not go numb on the ride then they can't prove that BMW or Corbin are to blame, its his fault entirely.

I love my country.
There should be a procedure in our legal system whereby a person bringing such lawsuits and his attorney are publicly bitch slapped for no less than 3 business days in the town square.  Highlights of the case should be posted on a large billboard behind them.

As a next step, I propose to introduce the same procedure into our legislative process.

Life will improve then.  I promise.

The legal system went downhill after old lady won 2million because her coffee didn't say contains hot liquid.

Not what really happened. The big issue wasn't that there wasn't sufficient warning (I'm pretty sure the cups did say 'caution: hot'). The problem was that they were serving the coffee hotter than the FDA allowed temperature due to customers complaining that their coffee was too cold by the time they got to work. So by responding to their customers to improve their service, they got sued to hell. But yes, this was the time period where it really started to kick in.

The way to stop it is simple. If you lose, you pay the other persons legal fees and court fees and everything else. All of a sudden, settling out isn't the less damaging choice. I know there's an actual name for that law somewhere.

BMW should send this guy a R1200CL brochure, that will cure his issue for sure.

Micky d's brewed their coffee hotter to use less coffee, (save money).  The woman never actually got any of the money either....
