Removing dried coolant from the frame

I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for removing dried coolant from the frame.  I dont want to use anything to harsh and scuff up or discolor the frame.

Isn't  you frame silver??  If the coolant dosen't come right off with soap and water than it's allready discolored something.  Try spray nine or s100.  If neither of those work, move up to brake cleaner, start by spraying that one on a rag and wiping with it before soaking down the area.

did you try WD40 ?

take a little bit of metal polish to it
