Just curious with what others are using for fuel filters in their 3rd and 4th gens. I've had bad luck with the clear case FRAM fuel filters. They clog easy and don't flow very well to begin with.

honda.....no issues. I'm sure others may work but given the infrequent need to change haven't pursued the options. oil filters are a different story however, even though there's a world of discussion on that subject it's not clear to me that honda part(s) aren't the most reasonable choice there as well.
I bought a purolator metal inline filter that had the same size inlet/outlets of the stock honda fuel filter. I have been using this since 2008 with no issues.
15 years on, the oem is still flowing...... ;-)
I understand the OEM route but damn, nearly $20 for a fuel filter!!!! I'll look into the purolater. That's what I use for oil so I might try it. Thanks.
