Any benefit to O2 bypass without a Power Commander or exhaust?

Picking up a 6th generation that is all stock aside from K/N filter and smog blockoff plates. I was curiuos to know if there is any benefit to doing the o2 bypass mod if I keep the stock exhaust and don't install/use a Power Commander? Can't seem to find the answer.

Depends on the bike. If your is one of the ones prone to surging at steady throttle in the 4-5k range it very well could help.

It will get rid of the surging in lower revs, as the colleague said above but overall the consumption will slightly increase because now the ECU can't make the fine adjustments in the fueling due to no/false reading of the O2 sensors.
