Hi all,
Jeff here in Ocala, FL. Having owned a 2nd Gen, and 3rd Gen, I would like to find a good 4th Gen to replace my Yamaha R6 ( am getting to old to enjoy it ).
Looking for a bike with less than 30K miles, original paint, not dropped, runs well, etc. Does not have to be perfect, but no basket cases.
If you have something that fits the bill, please let me know.

A nationwide search on Cycletrader.com shows three '94 - '97s but only one fits your criteria. A nationwide search on craigslist will probably show even more. Good luck!
I sometimes use searchtempest as a nationwide Craigslist search tool, with good results. Saw a pretty nice one in south jersey around Philly for around $2200. Good luck in your quest.
Seen a few nice 4th gens for sale in the LA area lately for reasonable prices. What better way to get to know your new girl than fly-n-ride?
I've a bike for you Jeff. 4th gen, 1997. Around 16k miles. I just never ride it anymore Battery has been dead since Oct, keep thinking I need to sell the bike so it can be enjoyed. I'm in St Augustine, if you're interested I'll get some photos and charge the battery.

A search for a quality older bike doesn't come any easier than one in your own state.... I was about a week away from doing a fly-n-ride deal from TX or NJ to pick up my 6th gen this past Sept.. Luckily one like I wanted popped up 20 minutes away from me at the last minute.
