5 Gen Catless Headers

Before I pull the trigger on a set of used headers for a 5Gen, are the catless exhaust off of a '99, a direct bolt on to an '01. They appear to be, but what I am not sure of is the section that connects to the exhaust can, will it line up or will I need to make an extension piece?

They're a direct bolt up. The OEM pipe and aftermarket exhausts fit all the 5G's.

Although I believe the 2 rear down pipes from the '00-'01 are smaller diameter than the '98-'99 so they need to be replaced with the earlier versions. Someone will correct that if it's wrong.

I believe they are the larger in diameter which is one of the reasons I was also looking into them, the other being catless. All the pieces are there so I'm good to go now. Thanks!

I think you're right..and isn't the cat'ed header stainless? Can I ask about how much they're going for? I have 2 '99 sets in the garage and was thinking of getting rid of one.

I bought them for ~$108.00 with shipping, From the pictures, they don't appear to be stainless and from some of the other post they are averaging $80.00 plus shipping.

The market for these fell through the floor, hardly worth the effort to advertise and ship them for $80. Thanks.
