My friend was changing my oil and stuff and my mirrors were super stiff, like they wouldnt move at all so he loosened them up with wd40 and now the left one just hangs limp. The right side is fine and stays in position.
So is there a way I can tighten it without it being glued in place?
Those aren't stock, so you will have to find someone who has that particular setup to help...
I try never to lubricate mirror stalk joints because of this very reason.
The mirror stalk joints need a good enough amount of friction so that the mirror position will stay and cannot be easily put out of adjustment with just the slightest bumps. One should really avoid adjusting/moving the miirrors too much anyway and set it/forget it so the joints do not loosen up...
Not sure how your particular morror are constructed, but you might try and spin the mirror head clockwise to see if there might be threads on the joint pivots that might tighten if you do so. Otherwise you might try something like chalk powder on the joint surfaces if you can get at it, to maybe counteract the lubrication the WD40 is providing it presently.

Ya I definitely wont be lubing these anymore. Learned my lesson.

Have you tightened the allen-headed pivot bolts? If mirrors get moved it can loosen the bolts. I carry a 6mm allen wrench to tighten them when necessary. Hope this helps.
I can't tell from the photos, but those may be Darth Bling's GSXR mirror mounts, in which case the pivot bolt is a giant phillips-head bolt.
If so, use a slotted screwdriver on it to avoid crushing the wires -- you'll understand when you get the cap off and take a look.

Bingo. I have the same mirrors. I have to fold one in every time I get home, which the bolt does not like..
It helps to turn the mirror as you hold the bolt still, too. That's how I get it nice and tight.
