Considering A 1994 Vfr750

If it's in good shape and taken care of don't second guess it,the only time you'll find a 4th gen owner in regret is after they sell one. There will likely be some cracking around the tail section of the fairing but this is normal on these bikes.

94 with 64K, runs perfect! (knocks on wood)

Bought it 3 years ago and have done nothing to the motor.

Commute everyday, plus rides.

Great comfy bikes, and you can't beat the looks!

   The bike has 50,000 miles on it. This worries me because I don't want to get a bike that's on it's last legs.

I bought my '96 about 18 months ago with 110,000 km on it. After a desperately needed tune-up it runs really sweet. It's just killed a second battery so I've ordered the VFRness and later (better) regulator.

I regret not buying one of these new in '94!!

I've got a bench full of stuff I want to do to mine, but it just runs and runs so I find myself riding it almost every day. Do the regular stuff, watch the electrics and have fun.

This is SUCH a true statement. I had a pristine condition 97 VFR that I sold just before my son was born thinking that I would not be able to get a lot of riding time in once the little guy finally blessed us with his presence at home. The arrival of mys son was a joyous occasion and my told me many times not to sell and that I didn't need to sell it, but I thought it prudent to let someone else enjoy the bike as much as I had enjoyed the Viffer. Since I had someone who wanted to purchase the bike, with a price already settled upon, I took the plunge and sold the bike. About 2 years after, the longest two years of my life (LOL), I was in SEVERE withdrawl, and I found a smoking good deal on a 2000 VFR800 that I jumped all over. I still missed the sound, the ride, the looks and just about everything else about the 4th gen bike, even though I had purchased a 5th gen. Then my wife decide that she wanted her own bike again and she decided that she had so greatly enjoyed the time we had spent riding two-up on the 97 Viffer that she wanted a 4th gen of her own. Now we are the proud owners of two beautiful bikes and even though the new-to-us 1996 And the 2000 VFR have the exact same Delkevic 18" slip on exhaust, the 1996 VFR just sounds sooooooo much sweeter for some reason.

To own a bike, great. To own a Honda, Better. To own a sweet sounding VFR, PRICELESS!!!
