Hi, I've bought the T-Rex sliders kit and plan on installing it this week. The rear rear slider is simple, the frame sliders come with instructions but the front wheel slider... there is a nut in the way, on the right hand side. The dealer says it is the axle so I'm worried about removing it. Any advice please?

Are  the  parts  you  received  look  identical  to  the  pic ?

Thank you for the quick response. Yes it is exactly as per the picture on their website. More substancial than any other sliders I have had before on other bikes.

From the text my guess is that you have to remove the bolt, not the axle. Put the bar through the axle and then screw it all together.

I don't think the original bolts go back in place.

Reverse this  nut.

Got  it  look  at  the  Sato   setup  and  you will see  how it  works ,  replace  the  factory nut  with  there  nut  .

It's a bolt not a nut. You can remove the bolt with the wheel on the ground. Leave the axle in place. And then assemble as Jochem says.
