Can anyone take a video of their bags, mounting and removing, opening, putting a helmet in the left box etc.
Thanks

My vision R with the sena 10c "fits". The bag closes, but probably wouldn't be waterproof.
I would say most street helmets will fit in the left bag.
I'd be surprised if a helmet would not fit in the left side bag.
Mine fits and I do have a large head
Just make sure that the helmet bottom is facing inward, towards the wheel, and the front of the helmet is facing forward.
I'm close to pulling the trigger on oem bags. Just need to see them up close

A video of someone putting a helmet in an OEM side case would be "NSFW".
Is that an Arai signet q nicely tucked in there?
I was all set to get the bags, until I saw just how wide they make the bike. For the few occasions per year when I would need them, I find these to be more useful.

I used to use soft bags a lot. I loved my old custom matching RKA saddle bags.
Make sure you use some protective film on the body work where the bags contact it.
As I noted in my VFR-800 review last year, yeah, the OEM cases on the VFR are quite wide. Wider than a Honda ST or GL.
The good news is they make my arse look small. :laughing6-hehe:
I used to think that they would interfere substantially with my lane split, er, sharing here. But I've found that 38" across, while substantial, is not as huge as it seems.
Have two XL sized helmets that fit in either side - HJC RPHA-10 and a older Shark
Also get a 17" HP workstation lap top in either side too (with a little packing creativity)
[image: VFR Panniers composite with helmet]Hi All,
My AGV K3 SV does not fit, however my icon chainbrain does and so did my old scorpion exo 1000 .
( upside down though ) .
