So, I'm considering doing a front mount radiator modification and thought to myself. "Hey if somehow I manage to do this wouldn't there be a big hole ether side of the bike."
Then I thought "Gasp, what if I were to make the old radiator holes ram air?" So below is my first (20 second) draft idea using some random photo from Google.
My thinking is the main roadblocks in my way (assuming the radiator mod works out all dandy) is how to route the piping to the airbox. From memory the frame will be in the way as well as the throttle bodies, I'm not willing to cut and weld the frame and don't want to lower where the engine and thus throttle bodies sit so then what about so both under the frame and through it probably won't work.
So what about over the frame? I'm thinking that the amount of piping and the angle of entry for the air would not net any increase in pressure normally associated from ram air.
So my question really boils down to based on the angle of entry assuming we can route all the relevant tubing would the increase in pressure be worthwhile?
I'm pretty sure those side vents in the fairing will be allowing air to be pulled out at speed, not pushing it into the airbox.
The high-pressure zone is really underneath the headlights where the oil cooler is. Worst case is you install a radiator up front (good luck finding room for it), and all the air feeding into your airbox is now passing through your newly relocated heat exchanger with 220F coolant in it.
I could be wrong, maybe someone else has tinkered with this... But although the VTECs can be love/hate when it comes to cooling, I don't see anything beneficial in what you're proposing.

You might want to take a look at Toro1's development thread photos - you can search his content here. If you're going off his A&A layout, the compressor is mounted in front of the cam cover (below). I'd be surprised if you could fit that along with a front mount rad and tuck it all inside the existing bodywork. If the objective is additional cooling vs the stock side rads, the body is designed to create high and low pressure as a wing does, the differential pressure moving air through the rads. You might also check out HZNewZealand's 6th gen with the custom 5th gen motor thread - he was able to locate a lower rad in with the existing side rads for more capacity (also below).

Looking at that photo of the supercharger I'm not sure I could do supercharger and front mount rad if I copy A&A's supercharger layout which I really want to do seeing as it remains pretty well "hidden" under the body work.
To me the priority for what I want to do sir:
1. Supercharger
2. Front mount Rad removing side mount ones
3. Ram air
Now the supercharger is gonna take time as is jus buying the thing and THEN getting mounting and stuff to be engineered as well. Creating a bracket for a front mount, working out measurements is easy more or less, my plan is the oil cooler will change to be mounted behind the front headers then the new front radiator would be mounted in front and a little above the front head cover. There's a place not too far from me that makes custom radiator's for race bikes and drag cars so I think fitment won't be the issue the issue I think will be mounting it in such a way where it is at an appropriate angle in a position where by it functions at least as good if not better than the stock form.
There is also the possibility of me going to a wind tunnel to test out the flow of wind around the bike with this change (I have a buddy who does testing for new car to test their drag coefficient and tests their advertised mileage to see if they're accurate). This is where I could test to see if ram air makes sense to try but as I said before if the supercharger gets done first there's not really any point to trying ram air.
This is a hypothetical at best though. Most likely I'll only end up doing the supercharger just coz I know that's doable and the work has kind of already been done for me, the other two require a lot more work and I'm not sure if the benefit will be worth the time, effort or money involved. Either way jus wanted to float to see if anyone else had the same crazy thought that I did.

To build up significant pressure to positively affect performance probably requires exceeding most legal speed limits in N.A.. Unless it's something you want to do just for the enjoyment of it (which I totally respect - I've done some mods for that reason), it might be worth considering the costs / benefit of undertaking a ram-air project.

This is why it's last on my list it'll be cool try only after at the very least the supercharger is done, front mount is something I want to experiment with and if.....if the font mount works with the supercharger then I would try the ram air. Yeah I know, my plan is to buy the Rotrex c15-60 which is the supercharger A&A used then everything else is gonna have to be custom made based on the photo's they had of the parts on the website.

Ben at extreme creations made the supercharger for Dave McKenna's supercharged MT10.
Not bought a supercharger and made the kit, he designed and made the charger, then made the rest. Not sure if he'd want to make something for a 15year old vfr, but he has the skill set.

I've seen them online before and I am extremely impressed with not only how good the stuff they do looks but how many different things they can do.
He made a set of wheels for judge (turbo zx9) before he had a cnc. He's a talented MF. ive got a spare 6th gen air box I can get to him if you need one to copy for a plenum.

It's gonna be at least 3-4 months before I even think about starting the project coz I'm wanting to buy a 3rd bike a 98 Magna that's on sale at the moment on bike sales has 5000km and I really want to make a custom bobber out of it.
