Triumph Bonneville T100 regulator/ rectifier

Hi has anyone used a Triumph Bonneville T 100 r/r  on a 4th gen? They seem a lot beefier than the original and look like it'll fit in the stock location after I splice in a new plug! Also has anyone relocated their R R to a different location with better airflow?? Thanks Tom

I posted   "Moving the R/R to the front" in 2010 and the RR is still working fine. If you search you should find it.
