Hello I need to replace the carbs diaphragm of my RC36 4th gen, to install new ones I bought, but I can't remove the old ones. Can you tell me how to do it?

contact the company that sold you the parts for instructions
heat up slides in cup of super-hot water (90-C) for 30-seconds.
Grab diaphragm with 2 hands on opposite sides.
Pull diaphragm apart in opposite directions.
Keep on pulling until you see gap develop between diaphragm and slide.
Pull upwards on diaphragm on side with gap and peel off diaphragm from slide.

I could remove it, but how to insert the new one? I tried and is very difficult. Should I heat it with water too?
Yes heat with hot water for 30-sec.
Trick to getting on is same in reverse. Grab opposite sides of diaphragm and pull apart.
Note that hole becomes slit which is wider than diameter of slide.
Slide slit forward over slide so bottom of slit slides into groove.
Keep diaphragm pulled apart and saw laterally to drive into groove.
At same time, move diaphragm forwards and continue over slide's groove.
Once entire diaphragm has been slid over slide, rotate it about 30-60 degrees in each direction to fully seat in groove.
If that didn't make sense, I can take some photos or make video.
I think understand more less your explain, but I'm not sure I can be insert diaphragm completely in the gap and once inserted can be rotate well to adjust at correct position. Maybe a video or photo will help me a lot. Thanks for your reply

I have broken 2 diaphragm trying to insert it 🤦♂️. One of them almost insert it completely. I heath it with water and stretched to get thinner, but if I stretched to much it broke.

Don't stretch too much. Just enough so length of slit = diameter of slide's groove.

If I don't stretch too much is impossible to insert in gap because I need to get thinner stretching them.

maybe send your vacuum slides to danno for diaphragm replacement as he seems quite competent and has the necessary experience.
