Besides eBay, are there any good websites that sell VFR parts/accessories?

This one. And maybe Vfrworld. Depends on what you're looking for in terms of accessories.

We have a connection on here to a guy at a Honda dealership that gives us a discount. Trying to remember where it's posted on here.

Ron Ayers and Service Honda both have good online fiche sites to keep your local dealer honest...and are often slightly discounted.
