- A real no-no i would first remove the spark plugs and spray the cylinders with some oil to lude the clinders as u said when have rusted to the bore then try ckanking to engine with the plugs out to get the engine oil to pump through…
- intermittent (crunching)engine noises yours is gear drive cams no chain but cant help u with the noise tho sorry
- Got a 5th Gen and loving it nice bike i think i like the reflective flames anyway u got the best model and color :laugh:

- VFR800 Gear Indicator if u go to the accum web site it has the wiring connections for the bike and all the connections are in the instrument panel did mine all up the front including volt meter [image: Posted Image]

- Headlights off with switch on low beam, flash on high beam check the globes the low beam element could be blown

- What did you own before your 6th Gen? im still on my gen5 but b4 that was a gen 4 and b4 that was a gen 3 what else is there. fing02.gif
- 5th gen O2 sensors swap just a thought but when running a power commander dont they recommed not to run the o2 senser and fitting a o2 eliminator as the sensor mukes up the powercommander settings.

- EBAY Hong Kong Pazzo lever lookalikes i got a set of short gold ones from ebay for my 99 model and they are gr8t fit well and sturdy lot loose at all would buy them again if needed and would recommend them for your bike also. Posted Image
- Will this work to cool my RR, or am I wasting my time i have used computer cooling fans on all 3 vfr and have never had the reg fail yet. dont know if u will have the room for the pipe set up but if it fitts i would use it and pick up the power feed from the tail lights so…

- Staintune not all that? :blink: :+1: i have had staintune on all three vfr that ive owned over the years and wouldnt fit anything else lucky the last bike came with staintune already fitted.
