So this is my first official post on here. My bike is still in transit (2004 vfr800) but I already managed to find some mufflers for it. I picked up a clean and cheap set of 07 r1 mufflers off of craigslist. I am considering either welding them in place of the factory pipes or I have spoken with delkevic and they said they can sell me just the mid pipe for $100 plus shipping. They wont give me the specs so I was hoping somebody on here can measure the distance between the two pipes under the seat where the mufflers hook up on their delkevic midpipe.

it's essentially the same as stock, without the heat shield tab on it.
so look up stock measurements perhaps?
I have Delkevic headers on my 5th gen, same measurements. Stock muffler fits just like it did on stock.
