All 27- Big H Issued A Recall On Vfr1200F And Vfr1200X Re:drive-Shafts I have been meaning to sit down and write this, but time has eluded me thus far. I just want to add my 2 cents into this thread as a huge PSA. I didn't read the whole thread so someone else may have found the same…
- Hi All :) I like amateur videos
- Good Price For A Used 2010? Having both, the 6th Gen sees very little seat time. The 7th is far and away the best motorcycle I have ever had. Period. All motorcycles make me smile when I first take off on them, this one leaves me still smiling…

- My 2010 Model... I have one on my desk at work too. Agreed, makes it tough to get a lot done! They make those in two sizes, just FYI.
- Question on OEM Hard Cases? Mine are still in the plastic bags they came in as well. No freakin way I'm drilling holes in those boxes. It made me sick to my stomach to do it to the top box to install the backrest pad.
- Looking at a new 1200 DCT, Got ?'s Snif, snif....... I had to fight a tear back looking at those photos remembering my first day aboard the 1200. No other bike hit me like my 1200 did on the first ride home from the dealer. Enjoy!
- VFR1200 Overheating question Is it actually getting hot or is the frequency of the fan coming on that is troublesome? Don't equate the fan cycling to overheating. It's working as it should if the temp stays where it's supposed to be.
- Advice needed on 2010 new VFR purchase I guess I didn't know this bike was controversial. I have found that if I don't listen to the people bitching on the interwebz, I actually enjoy the bike and don't look for things that may or may not be wrong with it. I…

I've been to one shop, and they told me it might be hard to paint the bike and get the paint to stick with out worry of peeling. Any thoughts on…
- Just got my 2010 VFR1200 and I have a few questions. My reservoir does the same thing. Don't know if its normal, but mine is the same. On a different note, what are your thoughts on that Laminar Lip? My 6th Gen has wind protection that is perfect for me, but this 7th has…
- Grips and Bar ends I just put some Symtecs on this week and what's been said is exactly right, those things get so hot I have to turn them off. They will work fine with those grips.
- Which heated grips for VFR? Got a set of the Symtec's that arrived yesterday. Put them on last night and rode in to work this morning. All I can do is ask myself why I haven't had heated grips before now. What a difference! Even though the temp…
- Which heated grips for VFR? For those using the Symtec kit, what do you use to put your grips on? Glue? Water? Rubbing alcohol? I have a kit coming and i normally use the alcohol but didn't know if I should find a new process when putting the…
- Learning Curve Numb Hands, Throttle Control. Body Position I've had one of those VTX1800's. Cool bike but boy is it a pig to ride in comparison to these VFRs! Totally different style of riding. If you are like me, at some point you will be more comfortable on your new bike than…
- (6TH Gen) OEM Hard Panniers/Saddlebags for less than $750 shipped That should read "reviving this thread", not "revising". Don't drink and post...
- (6TH Gen) OEM Hard Panniers/Saddlebags for less than $750 shipped I just ordered the trunk and hard bags for my 7th gen. Code worked and cheapest place I've found! Thanks for revising this thread!!
- Purchase Advice ... VFR 1200 or ST1300 My brother has an ST while I have two VFRs, one is an 800 and one is a 1200. After riding all three, I'm sticking with the VFR. The ST is for sure a nice bike that is awesome for both touring and vigorous twisty work.…

- I had money burning a hole in my pocket... ...so I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on a 7th Gen. Have put around 150 miles on it thus far so a little early for an honest opinion. I can say however, that the power is impressive (even with the drop in…
- 1 year later (a review) I'm actually waffling back and forth on whether or not to make the phone call to the dealer this morning on the 1200 I have been looking at. I have soooo much fun on my 6th gen that I am having a hard time pulling the…
- Sargent VS Corbin how is your butt doing after your purchase? I have a Sargent on my 6th Gen. It is doing very well and break-in was really not an issue. Have about 4000 miles on the seat and still feels like the day I took it out of the box-Good. Now with that in mind, I really…
