All 46- Vfr Does Costco My biggest haul was on my Suzuki 400 supermoto. A 30-pack of PBR while doing a wheelie. I was impressed with myself because when I got back, the beer was shaken up.
- Honda Confirms It's A 1200 V4 wikipedia? Really? Wikipeida is as reliable as a Yamaha.
- What Do You Think About A 17 Yr Old And The Viffer? [image: View Post]wrestler, on Aug 27 2009, 08:28 AM, said: Solo, vfrrider17 is now 21 I think. His father gave him his 5th gen when he was 17. Age is not the issue. It is a matter of control, the young man's comfort,…
- Has Anyone Used The Motorcycle-superstore.com's Preferred Installer Program? I have heard of it. Really don't get the point of it other than advertising local dealerships. You still need to bring the wheels to them, so all I really can understand is its just sending the tires directly to the…
- Buy 1 New Tire Or 2? If you stay with the same tire brand and model, go for it. Normally tire wear is two rears to one front. Now if your going to replace the rear with a totally different tire, then I would say no.
- Scorpion Syncs, Inital Impressions I have a set of sync's on my DRZ 400 supermoto right now. They are alright tires. Once they warm up, they grip well and in rain, gravel, mud, ect they do better than a typical motorcycle tire. They will probably last a…
- Now That I Found My True Love, She's Gone.... I've been through a few sets of Pirelli Diablo tires myself and feel your pain as well. I've switched over to Corsa III's and Rossos. Both are great tires. The Rossos are the closest thing to diablos, but are (IMHO) a…

- Please Help Me Choose A New Wheel Color My vote is either gun metal silver (like newer 6th gens) or go for White. The only problem with white is the constant cleaning.
- Question On My Leo Vince. My guess is that you need to tighten up the clamp or when the pipe gets hot enough it expands and fills the air leak.
- Well I Did It! Joined The Club Got The Tee Shirt! Being the PIRELLI CORSA III connoisseur here, Good choice on tires, and enjoy the new ride! :wheel:
- Need A New Battery batteries plus is the shiznit  But really, I have bought a few batteries from there and they all worked perfectly. They basically have the exact same batteries with all the same specs, but not a big YUASA…

- Cycle Hill Tire Changer, Licensed No Mar Product [image: View Post]Bad Boy, on Jan 21 2009, 07:42 PM, said: Thanks, I might break even on cost but what I really like is to be able to have tires ready for big trips and not have to drive around. I have 20-30 minute…
- Cycle Hill Tire Changer, Licensed No Mar Product I guess welcome to the tire changing club  . The first few times I mounted tires with my no-mar, it was a struggle, by after a few sets, I'm getting better. One factoid, I have noticed that Pirelli and Metzler…
- Dna Vs K&n Never heard of DNA filters, but I do have a K&N for my 99. I really didn't notice any performance gains by adding the filter. The bike does seem to warm up faster with the K&N filter though. The main reason I bought the…
- How Cold Is Too Cold? Ahh, your fine. It got to about -30 F with a windchill here. All the bikes are in the garage with no problems.
- Tire Balancer ? Personally, no i wouldn't think the bike could be used as a balancer. I think there is too much friction from the axle. Static balancing is the best. I have a no-mar tire balancer with absolutely no problems.
- Long Distance Tire Options? Being a total Pirelli guy.. I have heard good reviews with the Strada for long distance. If you take it easy, you can get about 5k out of a rear on the regular diablo, something with more bit. OR just pack a few Corsa…
- Cycle Hill Tire Changer, Licensed No Mar Product Thats another thing. Steve and Sue at No-Mar are friggin awesome. They basically will answer any question, any time, any where. I called them on a Sunday afternoon with a question and they answered it and walked me…
- Cycle Hill Tire Changer, Licensed No Mar Product It looks like a simpler no-mar tire changer. Probably will do good, maybe not as convenient as a no-mar. I have a classic no-mar and do agree with the HF set-up. People here swear by them, but looking at the build…
- My Fourth Winter Mod: Complete Your just all about the black paint these days. Looks nice.
- What To Buy Well, its a horse a piece. Who doesn't love a brand spankin' new bike which you can break in, not like a used one where who knows what happens. But most VFRs are bullet proof anyways so maybe save the 1000 dollars and…
- Air Compressor Recommendations? Just go to sears and buy one that fits your budget. I think our garage has a Sears or Fleet Farm special 8 gallon something or another and it works fine for tire changes. It doesn't take too much pressure for tire…
- 6th Generation Tail Light 2006 Or Newer Styler Here you go, I think this is what your looking for OEM part Not cheap though.
- Tire Issue I see from your profile you have a 04. I doubt that the bearing went out in 4 years, but I'm just assuming. Run your hand along the front tire and feel the profile. If it feels wavy, then your tire is cupped. Also, for…

- Self Installation [image: View Post]vfrbadger, on Dec 12 2008, 08:26 PM, said: Do a search and find someone in your area with a NOMAR Tire changer and balance kit. Nothing does a better job of changing VFR tires. Am I right vfrrider17.…

- Pilot Power 2ct Vs Pirelli Diablo Corsa Iii? No posts yet, i cant believe it.
- Pilot Power 2ct Vs Pirelli Diablo Corsa Iii? I'm in the market for a set of 2ct tires. I've ridden on a set of Pirelli Corsa 3s on a 6th gen and they were awesome. But which tire seems to be better in handling? Warm up time? or Just better period.??
- Ram Mount On 6th Gen I too had the same question about a camera mount. Have you seen the ones that mount to 3 screws on the gas tank. There is sportbikecam.com which is $100 :pissed: or ebay has cheapo ones for 35. Its worth to look at.
- Vf1000r Recommended Tyre Brands Well, there is a tire survey on the first page of vfrd :goofy: but i would go with the Pirelli Diablos
